‘Engage’ Youth Mentoring School Team Leader
Location: Lichfield and surrounding areas
Part Time/Term time only, 5 hours per week, (40 weeks, 200 hrs p/a)
Some flexibility on days and times required.
Salary: £15 p/h
Engage Youth Mentoring is an independent project under the wider umbrella of registered
charity, Lichfield Christian Schools Work Trust. Engage! has its roots in the Christian faith,
extending a welcome and connecting people from all backgrounds and beliefs through the
project.
Role: To oversee and guide the work of Engage Youth Mentoring, adhering to the LCSWT
mandate to develop work rooted in the Christian faith. To ensure that positive relationships
remain at the heart of what we do. To serve the needs of the project both pastorally and
practically in partnership with the school’s coordinator
This is a one year fixed-term contract with the potential of extending the post - subject to
funding.

Engage Youth Mentoring is an independent project under the wider umbrella of registered
charity, Lichfield Christian Schools Work Trust. Engage! has its roots in the Christian faith,
extending a welcome and connecting people from all backgrounds and beliefs through the
project.
Role: To sustain the existing work with volunteers and schools by coordinating the primary
and secondary school mentoring in Lichfield and surrounding areas. To maintain and invest
in relationships with all stakeholders. To work closely with the Team leader to maintain the
original vision of the project and develop links and partnerships as opportunities present
themselves.
This is a one year fixed-term contract with the potential of extending the post - subject to
funding.
